Vacation Rental turnovers

So you have a vacation rental, and need help with the turnovers? We’re here for you! Check out our checklist below. This covers everything in a typical turnover. If you see something not on this list, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accomodate!

KITCHENS

  • All exterior cabinetry is dusted/spot cleaned

  • Wash & put away all dishes (and empty dishwasher if available)

  • All kitchen counters, backsplash, sinks, sink fixtures and tables will be scrubbed/sanitized

  • Exterior of all appliances are cleaned

  • Microwave oven is cleaned inside and out

  • Kitchen supplies such as dish soap, dish towels, sponges, etc are refilled

  • Any used kitchen towels/rags are laundered

  • Rugs are shaken out and/or vacuumed, depending on rug material

  • Interior oven & fridge can be added on for an additional fee

BATHROOMS

  • Bathmats, towels & rags will be laundered

  • All sinks/counters/mirrors will be cleaned & shined

  • All cabinetry is dusted/spot cleaned

  • All shower doors, walls, frames, tubs and fixtures will be sanitized.

  • Toilets are cleaned inside and out

  • Bathroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, etc are replenished

BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS

  • Cobwebs removed from wall/ceiling areas

  • Ceiling fans which can be reached with an extended handle duster will be dusted

  • All decor is lightly dusted

  • Bed linens are changed & laundered

  • High touch areas are sanitized

  • All trash cans are emptied

  • All woodwork is dusted/spot cleaned

  • All flooring is swept/mopped/vacuumed

*Cleaner will check all rooms in the home and notify the host if any personal belongings were left behind or if anything looks like it had been damaged.

*Host is responsible for providing all items that require a restock.
